For one of our customers we have assembled and welded two pieces of rotors for a Strike-Bar Crusher, which shall be installed on a cement plant.
Each Rotor, weighing 20 tons, consisted of parts in the material quality S355 and S690.
Furthermore, all exposed S355 surfaces of the Rotor Discs were added a layer of Hard Face by welding. This job was carried out in cooperation with ESAB.
